Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it — in plain English.
Who we are
Turquino Studios (“we”, “us”) operates turquinostudios.com. For any privacy question, email [email protected]. Registered entity: [Legal entity name, address].
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form: your name, email, company, budget range, service interest and your message. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your project.
- Analytics. We use privacy-first, aggregated analytics to understand which pages and demos are useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent for security and delivery.
Cookies
We aim to run this site without advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable a cookie-based analytics tool in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Third parties we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Our form provider — receives your contact-form submission so it reaches our inbox.
- Unsplash and Google — some images and icons load from their servers, which means those servers receive your IP address as part of the request.
How long we keep it
We keep project enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by [applicable law]. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will action reasonable requests promptly and free of charge.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, proportionate measures.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
