01 — Challenge

A hard deadline, and a customer on a phone.

Cruise-day transfers have a deadline nobody can move: the gangway closes. The people booking are standing at baggage claim or planning from home, on a phone, often in Spanish. They want a price, proof they'll reach the right terminal, and a way to book in under a minute. Anything slower sends them to a rideshare app.

02 — Approach

Price first. Booking in four steps. Both languages.

  • Instant price and booking. Four steps from airport to confirmed ride, with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay — and a WhatsApp quote flow for hotel and Airbnb pickups.
  • A real Spanish site. Homepage, fleet, routes and the whole booking flow at their own Spanish addresses — so Google shows Spanish speakers a Spanish page.
  • 60 route pages. One page per airport and cruise line, in English and Spanish, each with its own timing plan, drive and FAQ — and terminal information checked against PortMiami's official berth schedule.
  • Built for AI search. Every form field labelled, structured data on every page and a plain-language summary file, so assistants like ChatGPT and Google's AI can read the prices and book.

03 — Result

From landing to the right terminal, in one flow.

A traveller can find the route for their airport and cruise line in English or Spanish, see the price, book and pay on a phone in about a minute, and arrive knowing their driver will drop them at the terminal on their boarding pass. The same pages now answer the questions travellers ask Google and AI assistants before they book.
